I have a strong background in grief and loss. This encompasses death, change of life situations, health concerns, relationships, family violence, financial worries, isolation, pet bereavement and anxiety and depression.

As a Counsellor and Psychotherapist, I offer a confidential, non-judgmental and safe space to talk. I use an integrative approach which draws on various counselling techniques tailored to your individual needs.

I hold a Graduate Certificate and a Graduate Diploma of Counselling & Psychotherapy, a Certificate of Clinical Hypnotherapy from Advanced Academy of Changework and a Diploma of Clinical Hypnotherapy from the Hypnotherapy Training College Australia.

I am a registered member of the Australian Counselling Association, a full member of Counsellors Victoria

As a Life Coach I have a wealth of real life experience, that I am able to bring to our sessions to find direction and dig deep into the needs of each person. I have worked in Human Resources, Workplace safety and training roles in both the United Kingdom and Australia in retail and Local Government. I have also been fortunate to work in Community Services which has seen my passion for working with children, young people, adults and the older community from diverse backgrounds. 

"Discover you" is a four session package where we explore together different areas in your life to enable insight, focus on direction and put some solid plans for your journey ahead.

As a Clinical Hypnotherapist I will work with you to overcome obstacles that may have been holding you back in many ways.
You are unique and as such, I tailor sessions to your individual personality, situation and set of circumstances so that you know you will succeed.
Being able to draw on my Counselling, Psychotherapy and coaching skills enables us to tackle multiple areas and angles to focus on the changes that you need to see.
Clients comment on how quickly they feel at ease, safe and understood right from the beginning of our work together. This is something that I not only feel privileged to be entrusted with, but a responsibility that I don't take lightly.
I am proud to be registered with the Hypnotherapy Council of Australia which is the peak body in Australia. I am also a member of the Guild of Australian Hypnotherapists, Australian Hypnotherapy Association, Australian Society of Clinical Hypnotherapists.
